                         Hydrualic Tipper Trailers

      Tipper trailers are available in a full range of sizes and can be manufacturedwith smooth sheet body, or full Checker Plate body. All our trailers are manufactured to a very high standard using only quality  components including LED lights and brand new wheels and tyres.

 At Future Metal Fab all our trailers are built to a very high standard with attention to detail. Our  tipper trailers can be built with range of load ratings up to 3500kg GVM, our  tipper trailers are built with fully welded RHS chassis and heavy duty draw bars. All our axles are Austalian made machined one piece square axles and can be fitted with hydraulic, mechanical or electric brakes, we can also offer a full range of different stud patterns for your wheels if you prefer to keep them the same as your tow vehicle. We offer a choice of springs from your basic slipper spring to the more complex roller rocker set up, all our front spring hangers are welded to the chassis and the draw bar and the centre spring hangers are welded to the chassis and then braced with an extra plate for superior strength. The tipper trailer tub is built on a fully welded RHS chassis and can be built in full checker plate or smooth sheet, tubs can be fitted with cages or high sides, we offer a choice of tailgates which includes the standard removable drop tailgate or, if you prefer, you can have a swing tailgate that you don't have to remove when tipping off your load. We also offer the more popular tailgate which is hinged on pivot pins and can be fitted with chains for spreading sand or gravel, the tailgate can also be easily removed. The tipper body is hinged on 22mm solid pins that are fitted with grease nipples for long life. The hydraulic system consists of a 5 stage hydraulic ram mounted on greasable pivot pins for long life, the hydraulic pump is a 12 volt electric pump with remote control with its own power pack all neatly mounted in a quality toolbox, the power pack can be fitted with a charge lead to charge off your tow vehicle.
